"PRES. GEO. Q CANNON" engraved in gold leaf on front cover.

Note on inside of cover in black ink, "Book given to Louise Cannon Andrew at her death it became the property of her son Jack Q. Andrew. 1967" with "(John/" written under the word "Jack".

Inscription on third page in blue ink, "John Q. Andrew With fond love from Grandma Cannon August 13. 1936. This little book is a remembrance from the library of your great grandfather George Q. Cannon".
